Rent a Florida-Villa vacation home directly from owner and enjoy the privacy of your own villa while on a holiday. Come and visit the villa inside. Nearest to the front entrance area is this spacious living room which is carpeted and with two comfortable couches. One of these couches can easily be transformed into a bed, big enough to sleep 2 persons. Attached to the living room is the dining room area, with a dining room table and chairs. The family room is tiled and furnished with two very nice couches and a TV-centre. Besides the Cable Television, we can find the stereo and the CD-player in the family room. The family room has a view at the pool area through the 2 sliding doors. These doors to the pool area have a security alarm on them to avoid small children walking out unnoticed to the pool area. The family room has a ceiling fan for extra comfort. The open kitchen is between the dining room area and the family room. There is a large counter with stylish bar chairs to sit on and have breakfast and start planning your day. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an electric stove, cooking area, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal unit, enough equipment, crockery, silver etc to keep you going without having to use the dishwasher all the time! Feel like a Roman emperor when resting in the Master Bedroom, all you need is some sweet grapes! The bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, an alarm clock, phone, a TV-set, dressing table and sufficient cupboards for clothing. The sliding doors to the pool area are protected with a security alarm for little children. |
En-suite to the Master bedroom is the Master Bathroom,
which has a large bathroom cabinet and mirror, a large corner bath, a
spacious shower cabin and a separate toilet room. Next to this bathroom
is a large walk-in closet. The second bathroom has a bath with shower, a built-in cupboard for towels
etc, a bathroom cabinet and toilet.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with night stands. There is a large built-in closet for your clothes and suitcases. Furthermore, the room has a TV-set, clock radio and a ceiling fan for extra comfort. The room is decorated with shell and beach accents. The first twin bedroom has some French accents, like an Eifel tower lamp on the bed stand and paintings of Paris street scenes. There is a built-in closet, a clock radio and a ceiling fan. The second twin bedroom has a Pelican lamp on the bed stand, so we decided to name this room our Pelican room. Besides the built-in closet and a clock radio, there is also a ceiling fan. The villa has it's own private pool and spa. The pool and spa have underwater lights for a romantic effect during the evenings. During winter months, the pool and spa can be heated at $25 per day. For power saving, you can make use of the pool blanket. You can book the pool heating in advance or decide locally. The pool area is equipped with an outdoor light, sun beds, table with chairs and a patio parasol. The pool is cleaned and maintained once a week. |
