Q: We would like to book the Sunny Florida Villa including airplane tickets and car rental is this possible? A: The Sunny Florida Villa is privately owned and can be booked when available but we are not a traveling agency so we don't sell airplane tickets or rent out cars. We rent cars at Alamo or DollarRental ourselves, depending on the price they charge. Both are located at the airport and provide free customer pick up from the terminal. Car rental will cost about $400,- for 2 weeks. Check the websites for up to date pricing and discounts. Q: How far is Walt Disney World from the Sunny Florida Villa? A: The Sunny Florida Villa is located at The Lake Berkley Resort and it is about 10-15 minutes from Walt Disney World. Q: What about cooking and groceries? A: The Sunny Florida Villa kitchen is fully equipped. A Super 24 hour Wal-Mart is just 3 minutes away to get your groceries. You will also find plenty of good restaurants and other shopping outlets within 15 minutes of the villa. Q: Are there more villas to choose from? A: We only have our own private vacation villa that we rent out when we are not there. We are not a traveling agency that rents out multiple villas. Q: Is there a computer in the Villa? A: Yes there is a AMD64 computer with Broadband Internet available. You can also hookup your laptop with the network cable or use the wireless network. Q: Can we bring our own Playstation 2 games? A: The Playstation is already equipped with games but you can bring your own US region games. Playstation games from Europe and other regions will not work. Q: What electricity voltage is used in the villa? A: The Sunny Florida Villa is equipped with the US standard 110-120v. If you’re a guest from Europe were 220v is standard we advise you to buy an electricity converter for a few dollars at Radio Shack. You can find Radio Shack across the street from Wal-Mart. Q: What about towels and bed covers? A: There are plenty of towels and bed covers in the villa for you to use. The villa is also completely equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. Q: Is the villa cleaned when we arrive? A: The maintainingers and a cleaning company will clean the villa for every new guest. Optional cleaning for a small fee during your stay is possible to. Q: How far is it driving to Tampa and the beach? A: It will take about 45-60 minutes driving to Tampa. And it takes about 90 -120 minutes to reach the beaches at Clearwater.
